Did my order ship?

Click on “Order History” in “My Account” on our website to check the status of your order.

How do I change the quantity or cancel an item in an order?

Click on “Order History” in “My Account” on our website to view the orders you have placed. Then click “Change Quantity/Cancel Order” to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be edited.

My order never arrived.

Click on “Order History” in “My Account” on our website to track the status of your order. Make sure all items in your order have shipped. If your order shows your package tracking number, please contact the shipper to confirm that your package has been delivered. If each of your packages shows a “Delivered” status, please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my back order arrive?

Back order items are items for which our suppliers cannot predict when more stock will become available, but once available we will be able to ship the item to you as quickly as possible.
